Neville Longbottom, like Ron Weasley and Draco Malfidus, comes from a full-blooded wizarding family. Neville, however, does not seem to be such a talented wizard. Initially, his family thought he was a Snul, until his great uncle Alfred threw him out the window at the age of eight, when he appeared to bounce. Uncle Alfred was so happy then, he gave Neville a toad named Trevor as a gift. Marcel takes the toad everywhere, including Hogwarts, but just as often Neville loses the toad.
