LEGO® wck001 Glinda
Glinda the Good, is a major character in Gregory Maguire's Wicked series and the LEGO® theme based on it.
Glinda begins as a shallow, ambitious and popular young woman at Shiz University, where she unexpectedly shares a room with Elphaba. Although the two are initially opposites, a complex friendship develops between them.
Glinda develops from a vain and selfish teenager into a more empathetic and responsible leader. Her growth is marked by her struggle to do good while struggling with the pressures of power and reputation. In the musical, she is famous for her humorous moments and her lighthearted, charming personality, especially in songs such as "Popular."
In the broader story of Oz, Glinda plays the role of the kindly witch who guides and protects the people of Oz after the fall of Elphaba. Her journey shows how appearance and reality often overlap in the world of power and morality.
