Meet Patrick Setzer and his LEGO® VW Bulli collection

After our first episode of meeting our fans with Daniel Joanisse, there were many enthusiastic reactions from LEGO® fans who also build beautiful LEGO® Volkswagen T1 MOCs. One of these fans is Patrick Setzer from Germany. Patrick and his passion for building LEGO® Volkswagen MOCs are therefore featured in this episode of meeting our fans.
ToyPro: Patrick, thank you for participating in our series meet our fans. How did your love for LEGO® start?
Patrick: I used to play a lot with LEGO® when I was a young boy. After this I did not build with LEGO® for years and since the end of 2017 I have become an extreme LEGO® fan again. My little son plays with LEGO® since 2015 and his favorite themes are LEGO® City and Ninjago. I myself always wanted to have a Volkswagen Bulli. That is why I gave myself a LEGO® Volkswagen Bulli as a gift with Christmas 2017 and after that things escalated quickly.
ToyPro: Where do you get your inspiration for building your LEGO® MOCs?
Patrick: After I put my first LEGO® Bulli on Facebook, I got a lot of nice reactions and I joined a community for LEGO® Volkswagen MOCs. I get a lot of inspiration from there. I also have friends who build LEGO® Bullis and I also get ideas and inspiration from them.
ToyPro: Which LEGO® MOCs do you want to build in the future?
Patrick: The next times I want to build a few LEGO® Volkswagen Beetles, a VW Golf and several LEGO® Porsche models.
ToyPro: Do you only use LEGO® parts for your Volkswagen and Porsche MOCs?
Patrick: Yes, I only use LEGO® parts.
ToyPro: Why did you choose ToyPro?
Patrick: I chose ToyPro because ToyPro has a very large assortment of LEGO® parts. This makes it easy for me to find and order LEGO® bricks.
ToyPro: Do you have tips for our readers?
Patrick: Hmm, simply be inspired and start building. It relaxes enormously!
