New payment methods: GiroPay, SOFORT and Bancontact/Mr Cash now available

We have added three more payment options for our customers in Belgium and Germany. Belgium customers can now also use Bancontact / Mister Cash. German customers can now pay their orders using Giropay and SOFORT Banking.
At the moment we are working very hard to support more payment methods for different countries very soon.
