Build a LEGO® Indiana Jones diorama

Are you an adventure fan and do you like movies? Then you must have seen the Indiana Jones movies. Hachiroku24 has seen the desert chase from the movie Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark and of course it was also featured in the game: LEGO® Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures.

The Desert Pursuit

The Desert Pursuit took place when Indiana Jones was trying to get the Ark of the Covenant back from the Nazis. When they brought the Ark from the excavations in Tanis to Cairo. Because the plane used to fly the Ark to Berlin had been destroyed, Colonel Herman Dietrich decided that moving the Ark to Cairo by truck was the next safest option. A convoy was assembled to transport the Ark safely to Cairo, consisting of a staff car, an armed troops car, a motorbike and a lorry on which the Ark was loaded. Jones, Sallah and Marion Ravenwood watched the convoy leave from a nearby burial mound. Jones instructed Sallah and Ravenwood to meet him in Cairo at Omar's Garage, and to arrange transportation to England while he went after the Ark. Jones bought an Arabian stallion from the camp and went after the Nazi convoy. Jones approaches the lorry. The gunman in the troop car opened fire, until Jones retreated to the safety of next to the truck. The gunman stopped when his bullets came dangerously close to the soldiers guarding the Ark in the back of the truck. Jones jumped from his horse to the side of the truck. He opened the passenger door and threw the soldier sitting on the passenger side out, after which he tackled the driver. The two men wrestled with each other while also trying to control the vehicle. Jones hit the brakes and the truck slowed rapidly, causing the Ark to slide forward into the cargo area and Major Gobler's vehicle to hit the truck from behind. The driver stepped on the accelerator, pushing the Ark back into place and knocking a soldier out of the boot and through the windshield of Gobler's car. After the driver and Jones shared a laugh of relief, Jones knocked him out of the driver's door.
