Prince William Reveals Prince George’s Love for LEGO®

If you’ve ever wondered what things you have in common with royals, you can go ahead and add “fondness for LEGO® to your list. Prince George, the third in line of succession for the British throne, is fond of the beloved brick toys.

This was revealed by his father, Prince William, during a visit to McLaren Automotive’s headquarters in the English county of Surrey earlier this week. During his tour, he was shown a McLaren 720S that is made entirely of LEGO® bricks. Upon seeing the sports car, Prince William delightedly shared how Prince George would feel if he saw it. “Wow, my son would love this,” Prince William said. “My son’s very into LEGO® and he’d love this. It’s incredible,” he continued.

Aside from the bricks that many generations from all walks of life have loved, Prince George also enjoys watching cartoons like “Fireman Sam,” according to the Huffington Post.

“Some of them are really good but you have to pretend you’re really interested because George gets very upset if you’re not showing due diligence to the characters,” Prince William said in an interview.
