About the AC Cobra

An iconic sports car that has left its mark on automotive history, the AC Cobra is an impressive feat of craftsmanship and speed. The story of the Cobra begins in the 1960s, when American racing driver Carroll Shelby and British carmaker AC Cars decided to join forces to create a sensational sports car.

Carroll Shelby, with his experience in racing, had already achieved success with the Shelby Cobra, but he wanted more power.
