Build the Apollo 11 Command and Service Module with LEGO®

Apollo 11 was the mission that put the first human on the moon. The crew of this spacecraft was made up of the famous astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins. This article provides instructions on how to recreate the command and service module of this historic spacecraft in LEGO®.

This MOC was designed by hachiroku24 and on his YouTube channel you can find even more building instructions for beautiful LEGO® creations. Earlier we wrote about his LEGO® Simpsons car, among other things.

With LEGO® you can keep history alive in a fun way. The Apollo 11 command module housed the crew and parts needed for the moon's return to Earth. The service module housed the propulsion, electricity supply and food storage for the crew. On the return, the service module was thrown off and burned in the atmosphere. Fortunately, you can build it with LEGO®!

The Apollo 11 Command and Service Module MOC is designed in the same scale as the official LEGO® 10266 NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander set.
