Build this little LEGO® hummingbird MOC from JK Brickworks now!

JK Brickworks is back with a nice new MOC. There is also a very nice thought behind this little build. Jason, together with his partner Crystal, designed this MOC for a member of their local LEGO® User Group who was suffering from health problems. With this little build, Jason hoped to create some joy in this person's difficult time.

In this LEGO® MOC you can see a hummingbird taking nectar from a flower. This is how most of these little birds feed. The hummingbird is busy eating all day, otherwise it doesn't have enough energy to fly all day. The hummingbird is a very special bird. Because its wings move so fast, it can hover in mid-air and it is the only bird that can fly backwards. The smallest hummingbird species flap their wings up to 80 times per second!
