Batman is a billionaire, philanthropist and owner of Wayne Enterprises, who dedicates his life to fighting crime in Gotham City. Unlike many other superheroes, Batman has no superpowers but relies on his intelligence, advanced technology, martial arts and detective skills.
With his signature Batsuit, Batmobile and gadgets, he fights enemies such as The Joker, The Penguin and Bane. His moral code forbids him from killing, and he often operates from the Batcave with help from allies such as Alfred Pennyworth, Robin and Batgirl.
Batman is a symbol of justice and revenge, driven by the murder of his parents to make Gotham safer.
