Howard is one of the characters in the "Big Bang Theory", a CBS tv-serie that started in 2007.
Howard Wolowitz is an aerospace engineer at Caltech's Department of Applied Physics with a master in engineering from MIT. Unlike Leonard, Sheldon en Raj, Howard has no doctorate, preferring the pracitcal endeavors of engineering to the theoretical work of his friends. His skills as an engineer eventually allow him to fulfill his dream of becoming an astronaut. Howard marries his girlfriend Bernadette shortly before he leaves on his mission to visit the International Space Station.
