When one of these figures moves across the tile, it activates specific digital responses. This code activates racing sounds from the Tri-Speeder or Standard Bike vehicles at the start of the race. Exactly like the start function in the Mario Kart™ video games. This increases interaction and fun within the LEGO® Super Mario™ experience. In the LEGO® Super Mario™ sets, such as Mario Kart™ - Baby Mario vs. Baby Luigi (72034) and Mario Kart™ - Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set (72036), there is a 2x2 tile with a Super Mario Scanner Code and a "START" pattern referring to the Tri-Speeder or Standard Bike vehicles.
