He does look a bit like a failed clown, but there's nothing funny about Batman's archenemy, The Joker. He once started out as a villain, but The Joker fell into a large vat of chemicals: now he has white skin, green hair and a bright red mouth. Even in a tailcoat, The Joker remains a creep.
