The coronavirus affects all of us and because of that, there are quite a few changes. The ToyPro team would like to provide you with LEGO® bricks, minifigures and sets to get through this time with minimized social contact. However, the various measures also influence the work we do for you. We have taken several measures to ensure that our employees can work as safely as possible. These can also have consequences for your orders and ordering options. We would like to summarize these for you.
Can I still order from ToyPro?
Yes, our webshop is available for you 24/7. For the time being, we can still ship your order. Make sure you are aware of the rules regarding the delivery of the mail.

How long does it take before my order is processed?
We had to take some measures to provide our colleagues with a safe working environment. As a result, the processing process is several working days slower than normal. We ask for your understanding.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by a click on the link in the order confirmation that you have received by email. Your payment will then be refunded.
Can I still add items to my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been processed, you can still add items to your order by using the merge option in your shopping cart.
Do you get new stock?
Yes, our stock is replenished daily. Take a look at our webshop regularly for updates.
Is your customer service still available for other questions?
Yes, send us a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
