LEGO® Car MOCs are very popular with AFOLs. A popular LEGO® car designer is Jerry Builds Bricks and today we are going to see another one of his LEGO® vehicles. This time he created a cool LEGO® rat rod which you can build yourself after watching the instruction video below!

A rat rod is a modified car that looks deliberately unfinished and worn. Often these cars contain cheap and re-used parts, which are sometimes not even meant for cars. In short, you can consider rat rods a bit like LEGO®: you can let your imagination run wild. The creation of rat rods was a reaction to hot rods, which were relatively expensive and often only served as decoration. Because of this people started to build their own 'ugly' cheaper cars, which at least served the purpose they were meant for: driving!
