LEGO® 245821 - 2458 - Brick, Modified 1 x 2 with Pin
Description
The brick with pin on the side is used to attach other parts to it in a rotatable way. Think of wheels, but also technic bricks and many other LEGO parts.
There is also a version of this brick with a stud holder on the bottom, that LEGO part has the design ID 2458.
