The ninjas have defeated quite a few dragons. So has the 4-headed Ultra Dragon, The Great Devourer. The Ultra Dragon (so named by Lloyd) is the ultra powerful dragon, formed when the ninja's four elemental pet dragons fused together while molting into adulthood.

The blue-black dragon head of Shard, the Ice Dragon, guardian of the Shurikens of Ice and Zane's pet.
The red-black dragon head of Flame, the Fire Dragon, Protector of the Fire Sword and Kai's pet
The red-brown dragon head of Rocky, the Earth Dragon, Protector of the Scythe of Quakes until the ninja retrieved him, after which he became Cole's pet.
If you still want to build this dragon from 2012 or a MOC (for the uninitiated: My-Own-Creation, a LEGO creation designed and built by a fan without LEGO instructions) of a super dragon, then you can make good use of this dragon head in all its color variations.
