This is a LEGO minifigure of Stitch, one of the character from the Disney animated film Lilo & Stitch (2002). He is officially known as Experiment 626, an alien genetic experiment designed to cause destruction and chaos.
Stitch escapes from his home planet and ends up in Hawaii, where he is adopted by young girl Lilo. Initially, he pretends to be a dog. Despite his aggressive and chaotic nature, he slowly develops feelings of love and loyalty thanks to Lilo's care.
With Lilo, Stitch learns the Hawaiian word for family "ohana," which also means "no one is left behind or forgotten."
In short, Stitch is much more than an adorable alien - he is the symbol of how love and acceptance can change even the wildest heart.
