LEGO® as a creative solution for the Brabant Day parade

The Brabantsedag is an annual play in the Dutch village of Heeze that attracts tens of thousands of visitors. Thousands of local residents work for months on a total of 16 parade cars that pass through the village in the province of North Brabant, hence the name, on the last Sunday of August. Unfortunately, Brabantsedag was cancelled in 2020 due to the corona virus, but the 16 participating groups decided to build cars anyway… with LEGO®! Below you can see the result of the LEGO® edition of the Brabantsedag.

Are you nearby? The LEGO® parade cars are now on display in the windows of retailers in Heeze. The walk LeGLOW has been set out especially for this purpose and more information about this walk can be found here (information in Dutch). More information about the normal event, which will be held in 2021 again hopefully, can be found on the website of the Brabantsedag.
