Build these two new alternates for LEGO® 42117 Raceplane now!

At ToyPro we love to write about LEGO® alternates. With LEGO® you can build a lot and it's always nice to see what kind of buildings people can build with the parts of original LEGO® sets. Grohl666 regularly builds these alternates and this time he created 2 new alternates for the LEGO® 42117! Earlier we already wrote about 3 other alternates for this set and now you can also build a LEGO® kangaroo and a LEGO® catamaran boat with it!

LEGO® 42117 Alternate Kangaroo

These mammals may seem very cute and innocent, but they are secretly enormously strong and tough. Thanks to their muscular hind legs, they can jump up to 2 metres high! This LEGO® kangaroo cannot do this, but it does have a movable tail, back and front legs. The head and neck can also be rotated. Of course this kangaroo also has a pouch on its belly.

LEGO® 42117 Alternate catamaran

A catamaran is a boat with two floating hulls joined together above the water. This gives the boat a greater speed than many other water vehicles. This LEGO® Catamaran has a sail with a countersteering rudder and, as a fun extra, a small motorboat on the side.
