Build the LEGO® M.A.S.K. Jackhammer

It is an animated television series from quite some time ago, but do you remember the series M.A.S.K.? This cartoon series that aired on TV in 1985 and 1986 is something many people will remember. It was a cross between Transformers and J.I. Joe. In the series, the MASK agents (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) had to fight the VENOM agents (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem). They both had inconspicuous vehicles that could transform into combat vehicles. They wore helmets (masks) that possessed superpowers. The Jackhammer, a vehicle of Cliff Dagger, a VENOM agent, was a Ford Bronco that could transform into an assault vehicle. YouTuber and LEGO® designer Ivan from M.O.C. Central created this car in LEGO® bricks. And it can really transform too. In the video below he shows you how you can make it yourself.

M.A.S.K. was one of the many cartoon series made in the 80s. The main purpose of the series was to sell the accompanying merchandise, mainly toys, but also other items such as stickers, lunch boxes and comic books. The M.A.S.K. Team was led by Matt Tracker who fought against VENOM who were led by Miles Mayhem the boss of this evil organisation. The series ran for only 2 seasons with a total of 75 episodes. The toy line did run longer than two years. This included the release of vehicles that never appeared in the cartoon series. Go back in time and watch the cartoon intro:
