The top 5 of 2022

Nearly the end of the year, a time when many people look back on the past year. So we thought let's do the same. Especially as we celebrated our 10th anniversary last year.

For us at least, it was a treat to announce the Treasure Hunt winners every month and make them happy with cool LEGO® prizes. And of course we enjoy making you happy every day with the orders you place with us. So that you can get started again with your builds, LEGO® sets or collection of LEGO® minifigures.

And we are looking forward to seeing you again every day.

We already have lots of great ideas for actions and promotions for next year as well. So keep a close eye on our Facebook and Instagram page and don't forget to follow us! Or of course you can subscribe to our newsletter so you will be one of the first to know about new actions, products, facts and MOCs.

What do you order?

Lists and top 5s, another cliché at the end of the year but while we're at it. ;p In the past year, you ordered the following items the most:

LEGO® parts Top 5:

  1. The Black Technic pin (2780) fortunately always sufficiently in stock.
  2. The Blue long Technic pin (6558).
  3. Another Blue Technic pin but with x axle on one side (43093).
  4. A Technic axle Red 2l (32062) another small part that gets lost easily.
  5. And then at number 5 we have a non Technic part it's a white 1 x 2 plate (3023).

LEGO® Minifigure Top 5:

  1. Number 1 is an inhabitant of LEGO® City it is namely a Fireman pilot (cty1237) and he is of course also indispensable should there be a fire somewhere in LEGO® City.
  2. The Creepy Wither Skeleton (min090) is next in this list this one is of course from Minecraft.
  3. The well-known wizard Harry Potter (hp150) is at number 3 and comes in many more variations. But this one is the most popular.
  4. The tough Skater with Tank Top (cty1238) from Lego City is at number 4.
  5. Lloyd in The Island variant concludes this top 5 and, like Harry Potter, LLoyd is available in many different variants.

Lego® Sets Top 5:

  1. At number 1 is the 007 Aston Martin DB5 (76911). This car from the LEGO® Speed Champions series has only been out since 1 August but is still our best-selling set of last year.
  2. Here at number 2 we find another set from the film world. Namely the 1989 Batwing (76161), which is not surprising because what a great set that is.
  3. The Cat Mario Power-Up Pack (71372) is at number 3 with us. So this upgrade pack for mario is kind of cute. Because Mario can hardly get much cuter with this cat pack.
  4. Yes is this actually a set. Well it has a set number so with us it counts for the sets and not the minifigures. In fact, at number 4 is the Minifigure Series 22 surprise bag (71032). Collecting these minifigures also remains a lot of fun, of course.
  5. And what an appropriate finale. We looked back into the past and there at number 5 is the Back to the Future Time Machine (10300).

This brings us to the end of this look back at the past year. We are already eagerly looking forward to next year. To what LEGO® itself will come up with and what cool buildings you will all build. We wish you lots of fun building next year.
