This Monkie Kid minifigure comes from the LEGO® Monkie Kid™ theme, an action-adventure series inspired by Chinese mythology and the legendary Monkey King. In this story, Monkie Kid (MK) is an ordinary teenager who is chosen as the Monkey King’s successor and takes on heroic adventures with the help of his friends and mentor. The Monkie Kid theme stands out for its blend of modern urban life and vibrant mythological elements, making it unique within the LEGO® universe.
This version of Monkie Kid wears a bright light orange open jacket with a distinctive monkey head logo, paired with a dark turquoise hood. His red trousers feature bold printed details, and his face alternates between fierce and happy expressions. The minifigure’s hairpiece is styled with a red headband, reflecting MK’s energetic personality and connection to the legendary Monkey King.
Monkie Kid is often seen alongside key companions such as Mei, Pigsy, Tang, Sandy, and his mentor, the Monkey King. To enhance your Monkie Kid adventures, consider adding accessories like the Monkey King's golden staff or vehicles from the theme. These accessories are available separately and can help recreate your favourite scenes or invent new stories in the Monkie Kid universe.
