Do you enjoy building LEGO® trains, Technic models, GBCs or MOCs with lights and motors? Then you know how important a good power supply and the right cables are. Never change batteries again
For LEGO® models that need to stay on for a long time, batteries are not always handy. Think of a display model with lights, a Great Ball Contraption or a train that needs to run for a long time. With the USB Power Box - PU City Hub and the USB Power Box - PU Technic Hub, you use a USB power source instead of separate batteries. For example, you can use a USB adapter, computer port or power bank. The PU City Hub version replaces the original battery holder of the Powered Up City Hub and is often used in LEGO® City trains and static models. The PU Technic Hub version is made for the Powered Up Technic Hub.
Connecting USB lights to your LEGO® system
Do you use USB lights or other USB devices in your LEGO® model? Then the USB power cable - PF/PF connector and the USB power cable - PU connector are ideal. With these you power USB lights via a LEGO® Power Functions battery box, Power Functions IR Receiver or a LEGO® Powered Up Hub. This way, you don't need a separate battery or extra power supply for your lights. Note: these cables provide power, but do not support data exchange.
More range with Powered Up extension cables
Sometimes the standard cable of a motor, light or sensor is just too short. With the Powered Up extension cables from PV-Productions, you can solve this easily. ToyPro sells these cables in several lengths, including 20 cm, 50 cm and 100 cm. The cables are plug & play, have a compact size and are suitable for LEGO® Powered Up devices such as motors, lights and sensors. Useful for larger trains, Technic models or MOCs where the electronics are just a little further apart.
Just the right speed or brightness
With the Power Controller for LEGO - Power Functions, you easily control the speed of a Power Functions motor or the brightness of Power Functions lights. Instead of just on or off, you use a rotary knob for stepless power control. This is ideal when a motor is running too fast, a mechanism needs to move more precisely or lighting needs to be a little more subtle. The controller is compact, robust and made for easy incorporation into LEGO® models.
One Powered Up port, multiple functions
Powered Up connectors are not stackable like Power Functions plugs. That's why PV-Productions' Powered Up splitter cables are so handy. With them, you connect multiple Powered Up motors or lights to one output of a hub. ToyPro sells two variants: Copy and Reverse. With the Copy version, the B-port follows the same behaviour as the A-port. With the Reverse version, the behaviour of the B-port is actually reversed. This is useful, for example, in train models with two motors placed in opposite directions.
