LEGO® attractions from the Netherlands

Have you ever been to a LEGOLAND® park or a LEGOLAND® discovery centre? Then there is a big chance that you have been in an attraction of which the cart comes from Nederweert in the Netherlands. Because a small piece of distance from ToyPro is the ETF machine factory that has already made the trolleys for the rides of several LEGOLAND® parks. One of the newest attractions for which ETF Rides made the cars is the LEGO® Factory Adventure Ride in LEGOLAND® New York. In this ride you get a tour in the LEGO® factory but on the way you are accidentally transformed into a LEGO® Minifigure.

Shortly a LEGO® Discovery Centre will open in Brussels for which ETF again had the honour of making the trolleys. In this attraction, which will be called the imagination express, you will travel through an oversized LEGO® world on a train ride like no other. The cars made by ETF do not drive on rails but can be controlled by wires in the floor which gives you the feeling of driving around freely. Furthermore the attraction also contains interactive parts that immerse you even more in the LEGO® world. The LEGO® Discovery Centre Brussels will open in the summer of 2022. It will be located in the shopping district Docks Bruxsel and is fully Indoor so that even on rainy days you can enjoy all the fun LEGO® attractions it has to offer.

Who is the ETF Group?

ETF was founded in 1951 and started as a producer of machines for the textile industry, later the company focused more on machines for the floor covering industry. Starting in 1996, ETF started the ETF Ride Systems division, a partnership with Venture Amusement to produce non-rail vehicles for amusement parks and other locations in the amusement industry.
