Build a Corvette C3

It's time once again to build a fast classic car. And this time we have the building instructions and the corresponding parts list of a Chevrolet Corvette C3 for you. Created by ml_mocs, this MOC consists of 97 different LEGO® cubes and 248 parts in total. The example is made in yellow but if you want to make this car in black, dark red or white you can. It is then just adjust the color in the parts list. ml_mocs based the model on a model of the '79 Stingray. But by adding the spoiler and side vents you get a nicely detailed model of the C3.

This is the first model of ml_mocs and we are very curious to see what else is coming from this moc designer. Because this already looks very good.

About the Corvette C3

The Chevrolet Corvette C3 is an iconic sports car produced between 1968 and 1982. Also known as the "Shark," this third generation of the Corvette was a radical update over its predecessor, featuring a longer wheelbase, lower body and a streamlined shape inspired by the shark. The C3 was also the first Corvette to come standard with T-top roof panels, allowing drivers to remove their car's roof for an open-air driving experience. Under the hood, the C3 had a range of powerful V8 engines, ranging from 5.7 liters to 7.4 liters, which produced outputs from 300 to 460 horsepower, depending on configuration. These engines were mated to a four- or five-speed manual transmission or a three-speed automatic transmission. The Corvette C3 is still popular among car enthusiasts for its unique style, powerful performance and legendary status in American automotive history.
