Finding a specific LEGO® part can be quite difficult. At ToyPro, we try to make it easy for you by offering you 3 options to find your LEGO® parts.
1. Search by LEGO® part number
Do you know the unique LEGO® number of the part, also known as the LEGO® Element ID? Then you have almost found the individual part.

Finding a specific LEGO® minifigure can be quite tricky. This is because LEGO® minifigures do not have a unique number. Their identification consists of an abbreviation of the theme they belong to and a serial number. But ToyPro can help you with that, too. We make it easy by offering you 3 options to find your LEGO® minifigure.
1. Search by LEGO® minifigure id number
Do you know the code of the figurine, also called minifig ID? Then you have almost found your LEGO hero.

LEGO® sets have a unique number. In addition, a LEGO® set always belongs to a theme. Both the number and the theme are very helpful to find a LEGO® set.

The list of all individual parts in a LEGO® building set can be easily found using the set number. There are three ways to find the parts list.
1. Search via Parts
Select Parts in the main menu at the top. On the parts page, you will see the Quick Result block. Enter the LEGO® set number in option 2 and voilà, the parts list for the set will appear.
You will see an overview of all the parts and minifigures in the set with the required quantity. Enter the desired quantity and you can order immediately.
2. Search via Sets
Select Sets in the main menu at the top. Use the drop-down menu to find the theme you want or use the left-hand column on the LEGO® Sets page. Found the building set you're looking for? Then click on the frame.
On the product page for the set, you will find a link to both the parts list for that set and the minifigures that come with it.
The list not only shows all the parts and minifigures in the set, but also tells you how many of each you need to build that LEGO® set. You will also find the building instructions on the product page.
3. General search field
Use the general search bar at the top of every page. Enter the LEGO® set number and you will find the set you are looking for in the results. Click on the box to go to the set's detail page.
On the product page of the set, you will find a link to both the parts list for that set and the minifigures that come with it, next to the image of the set.
The list not only shows all the parts and minifigures in the set, but also tells you how many of each you need to build that LEGO® set. You will also find the building instructions on the product page.

To remove products from your shopping basket, either in their entirety or in part, go to your shopping basket. You can do this by clicking on the shopping basket icon at the top of any page.
In the order overview, you can adjust the quantity of each item individually, adding or removing items as desired. After adjusting your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or complete your order.
Behind each item, you will also find a trash can icon that allows you to remove each individual item. On that page, you will also find a link to empty the entire shopping cart.
Although we at ToyPro believe that you can never have enough LEGO, this is still a useful feature. This way, you can buy exactly what you need!
No, you do not have to order a minimum amount. The ToyPro team is just as happy to collect small orders of one or a few LEGO® parts as large orders.
However, as we cannot cover our costs with small orders, we charge a processing fee of €1.95 for orders up to €15. If you order €15 or more, the additional fee will be waived.
With the exception of pre-orders for LEGO® sets, you cannot place advance orders for other LEGO® products. For parts, minifigures, sets or accessories that are temporarily out of stock, we can notify you when they become available again. To do so, please leave your email address on the product detail page.
You will receive a one-time message as soon as this product is back in stock.
Just placed an order and forgot something? No worries – we're here to help!
At ToyPro, you can still add LEGO® bricks (or other products) to an order you've already placed. Simply log into your account and place a new order.
As long as your original order hasn't been processed yet, we will automatically merge the orders for you.
By combining orders, you save on shipping and any handling fees. You’ll only pay the shipping costs you would have paid if everything had been ordered at once.
Unfortunately, an order that has been placed cannot be modified.
However, you can cancel your entire order. (For more information about cancelling, please refer to one of the other FAQ questions).

If you've decided not to proceed with your order, you can easily cancel it using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you received from us.
Please note: cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.

If you have opted for delivery with tracking, you can also track the delivery process. You will receive a tracking code together with the notification that we have transferred your order to the shipper (e.g. DHL, PostNL, USPS, GlobalMail).
In the ToyPro webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:
ToyPro ensures secure online payments by using reputable companies (Mollie and Adyen) that specialise in this field. We do this for your security: this way, your financial details, such as credit card numbers, are well protected. We do not have access to your financial details and do not store them.
Shopping and payments at ToyPro are made via a secure connection, as indicated by the padlock in the address bar.
The ToyPro warehouse in Nederweert does not have a card payment facility. You can only collect your pre-paid order if you selected this option at checkout.
You are, of course, welcome to place an order online using your phone while you are at ToyPro. If you can pay online, you can wait for your order; it will be ready in no time! The ToyPro team will get to work for you right away. Ready while you wait!
If your payment has failed or been refused by the payment provider, you will receive an email from ToyPro within 15 minutes with a new payment link. You can use this link to pay for your order.
If you would prefer to pay by another method, please contact us. The message will explain how to do this.
Orders that have not been paid within 5 days will be cancelled. After 5 days, you will need to place a new order.
If your order payment does not go through immediately, don't panic. You have 5 days to pay for your order. In addition to the order confirmation, you will receive an email from ToyPro within 15 minutes with a new payment link if your payment fails or is declined by the payment provider. You can use this link to pay for your order.
Would you prefer to choose a different payment method on your second attempt? That is possible. The message you receive from ToyPro will explain how to do this. Follow the instructions in the message.
After 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot hold your order for longer than 5 days. If the 5-day period has expired, you will need to place your order again.
The subject line of the payment reminder also includes the invoice number to which the payment relates. This makes it easy to match the message to the correct order and see immediately if you have received something twice.
If you have placed two orders in succession, you will also receive two messages with a payment link if the payment failed in both cases when completing the shopping basket. This also applies if the second order is an addition to the previous order, a so-called combination order.
If the second payment also fails, you will receive another payment option after 2 days. You will receive a maximum of 3 reminders. After 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
You will receive an email from ToyPro confirming your payment once we have received it. If you do not receive a payment confirmation immediately, the payment may have failed. If this is the case, you will automatically receive an email with a new payment link within 15 minutes.
When completing your order in the shopping basket, enter the code of your ToyPro gift voucher, confirm your entry with the arrow and the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount immediately.
The ToyPro gift card can be spent on a purchase in the ToyPro webshop within the validity period. The gift voucher can be used to purchase individual LEGO parts, minifigures and sets, but you can also use it to buy fun LEGO accessories.
The value of the gift voucher and your order do not have to be exactly the same.
You can also combine multiple gift vouchers for an even more fun or bigger gift.

To use your saved ToyPoints, you must be logged in. Once you are logged in, an option to pay with your saved ToyPro savings points will automatically appear in the shopping cart. Select the number of points you want to use (in multiples of £5) and the selected amount will be immediately deducted from the total amount of the order. ToyPro Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, either directly or indirectly.
Enter the promotional or discount code when completing your order in your shopping basket and the discount will be deducted from the purchase amount immediately, as long as the promotion is running.
Depending on the promotion, you can use the code within the promotional period for a specific purchase in the ToyPro webshop or as a discount on the purchase of individual LEGO parts, minifigures or LEGO sets.

The email with your order confirmation contains an overview of the products ordered, the invoice amount and the payment method, as well as an attachment with your invoice (as a PDF).

Yes, we can most likely deliver your order to your country.
Thanks to the shipping partners ToyPro works with, we can deliver orders to almost any country – either to your home address or a pickup point. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Russia and Romania.
Shipping to countries within Europe and to U.S. states is no problem for our carriers.
Please note that home delivery may incur additional charges, especially for remote areas. Based on the delivery address you enter, the shopping cart will automatically display the available shipping options and their respective costs.

Postal shipment
Postal is the cheapest shipping method. However, if your order has a long way to travel, postal is often also slow. Moreover, there is no tracking available for your order. If you choose this shipping method, you also accept the risk of a long delivery time.
Parcel shipment with tracking
Slightly more expensive, but with fast delivery times. In addition, the tracking option allows you to follow your order and, in some countries, the service allows you to change the delivery location.

More expensive, but super fast!

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on two main factors:
the delivery address of your order
the speed of delivery you choose
Based on the options you select during checkout, the corresponding shipping costs will be shown immediately.
If you choose home delivery and live in a remote or hard-to-reach area, additional charges may apply. If so, these will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

The ToyPro team works hard to collect and prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 2 working days. The expected processing time is mentioned in your order confirmation. Around holiday periods, processing may take a bit longer, so be sure to check your confirmation email for the most up-to-date information.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. From that moment, you can track your shipment using the tracking information (if you selected a shipping method with tracking).

A ToyPro account is not strictly necessary, but it does make things easier.
The advantages of an account:
Place your first order and simply check the box during checkout to create a ToyPro account. The details you enter for this order will be saved automatically – convenient, as you won’t need to re-enter your address information next time.
If you’ve selected to create an account, you’ll receive an email with a personal login code, in addition to your order confirmation. Using this code and your email address as your username, you can log in to your ToyPro account anytime. From then on, you’ll have easy access to your order history, invoices, and personal information all in one place.
You can access My ToyPro by clicking “Login” at the top right of the page, next to the minifigure icon.
Then log in using your email address and the password you received with your first order.
Forgot your password? Request a new password.
When you are logged in, you will see your (login) name at the top right of the page.
Would you like to be addressed by a different name? No problem, you can change your account details, including your name, yourself.
Forgot your password? It happens. Simply request a new password.
You can request a new password here or by clicking on the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. Within seconds, you’ll receive an email with a new password that you need to activate through the email; after that, you can log in.
That's all there is to it. You are now ready to continue saving ToyPoints with your next orders.
Go to ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page and log in with your email address and password. On your account page, you’ll find an overview of your contact details, order history, and the number of credits you’ve earned.
Use the ‘Edit Account’ link to easily update your personal information and/or delivery address. This way, you can always keep your details up to date!
To delete your personal data from ToyPro, log in to your account with your email address and password. On your account page, you will find the link “account changes”. There you can change your personal details, but you will also find the link “delete account”.
