Description

The Monkey King minifigure belongs to the LEGO® Monkie Kid™ theme, which draws inspiration from the legendary Journey to the West stories and reimagines them for a new generation. In this theme, the Monkey King plays the role of a powerful mentor, guiding the young hero Monkie Kid (MK) on his quest to defend the modern world from mythological threats. The Monkie Kid™ series blends ancient Chinese mythology with contemporary settings, giving this character a unique place among LEGO®'s action-adventure themes.

This minifigure stands out with striking details and bold colours. The Monkey King features a pearl gold shoulder armour piece, intricately decorated torso and leg printing, and a bright red cape that flows behind him. His expressive face and detailed headpiece, complete with a distinctive flame-like red plume, capture his legendary status and dynamic personality. The combination of gold, red, and turquoise accents reflects his mythical origins and heroic presence, making this a standout figure for any collection.

The Monkey King is often seen alongside companions such as Monkie Kid, Mei, Pigsy, Tang, and Sandy as they face off against a cast of formidable adversaries. To enhance your display or play experience, consider pairing this minifigure with accessories like the Monkey King's golden staff or display stands — these items are available separately and are not included with this minifigure.

Minifigure goes with Monkey King Warrior Mech
