George “Digger” Harkness grew up in Australia, where he learned to make his own boomerangs and throw them with unerring accuracy. He showed off his skills as the performing Captain Boomerang, but when audiences were less than entirely appreciative, he decided to turn his unusual talent to committing crimes. His special boomerangs are full of tricks, and can be exploding, electrified, acid-filled, or any of dozens of other unexpected surprises.
Bat-Fact: I’ve thrown Captain Boomerang in jail lots of times, but somehow he just keeps on coming back.
