How do I find a LEGO® part?

Finding a specific LEGO® part can be quite difficult. At ToyPro, we try to make it easy for you by offering you 3 options to find your LEGO® parts.

1. Search by LEGO® part number

Do you know the unique LEGO® number of the part, also known as the LEGO® Element ID? Then you have almost found the individual part. 

Enter the Element ID:

  • in option 1 of Quick Search and you will only get the LEGO part you are looking for.
  • in the search field in the left-hand column on the LEGO parts page. Use this field to search within the category where you used the search field. In this case, parts. This way, you will only find LEGO parts (including stickers).
  • at the general search bar at the top of every page. Here you can also find a LEGO set, minifigures or other items with that number as a result. In short, anything that resembles the specified search term.

2. Searching by LEGO® set number

Do you know the set number of the LEGO® box from which your missing LEGO® part comes? Then that already limits the number of parts you have to choose from. Very handy. 

Enter the set number:

  • in option 2 of Quick Search and you will receive the parts list for that set. Sort the parts list using the filter, for example by color, to quickly find your part. There is a good chance that you will immediately see the part you are looking for in the overview.
  • in the general search bar at the top of every page. You will then find the LEGO set you are looking for. Click through to the detail page of the LEGO set. There you will find a link to the parts list for that set.

3. Search by LEGO® category

Do you only know the shape and/or use of the LEGO brick? ToyPro can also help you find your way among the more than 25,000 available parts by category of parts.

Choose your category: 

  • option 3 of Quick Search and you will get an overview of all items in that main category (for example brick, plate or roof tile). Refine with a subcategory, such as “printed”. Or filter further by color. Categories that have dimensions can also be filtered by the desired size / length.
  • in the list of categories and subcategories in the left-hand column on the LEGO parts page.
  • in the main menu at the top of every page. Click on the arrow next to “Parts” and a complete overview of all types and shapes (categories) of LEGO® parts will appear.

How do I find a LEGO® minifig?

Find a LEGO® minifigure
Are you looking for a LEGO® minifigure? We offer you 3 search options to make it as easy as possible.

1. Search with LEGO® theme

Do you know which LEGO® theme the minifigure belongs to? First, choose "Minifigures" from the main menu and select the theme.

  • At option 1 of Quick result

This way you can quickly find all minifigures that belong to the theme. For some themes, you can use the filter to further refine, for example by season or name of your LEGO® hero. 

The list of themes can also be found in the left column on the minifigures page. If you click on the arrow to "Minifigures" in the main menu, an overview of all available themes with minifigures will appear.

2. Search with LEGO® set

Do you know from which set your missing LEGO® minifigure comes? Then choose "Parts" from the main menu and enter the set number.

  • At option 2 of Quick result.

All LEGO® figures of that set are together in one place.

Also on the product page of a set, you will find a link to both the parts list of those sets and the minifigures that belong to that set.

3. Search by name

Do you know the name or the profession of the LEGO® minifigure you are looking for? Then choose "Minifigures" from the main menu and enter the search term.

  • At option 3 of Quick result

Using the general search bar at the top of the page might also find sets, minifigures, or other items with that word. If you use Quick Result or the search field in the left column on the minifigures page, you will only find minifigures.

How do I find a LEGO® set?

Find a LEGO® set 
LEGO® sets have a unique number. In addition, a LEGO® set always belongs to a theme. Both the number and the theme are very helpful to find a LEGO® set.

1. Search with LEGO® set number

Do you know the set number of the LEGO® set? Then you're close to finding it.

  • Choose "Sets" from the main menu and enter the set number in the search field in the left column.
  • Enter the LEGO® set number in the general search bar at the top of each page.

If you use the general search bar at the top of the page, you may also find minifigures or other items with that number. When you enter the LEGO® set number in the search field on the sets page, you will only find sets.

2. Search for LEGO® theme

Are you looking for all LEGO® sets from a certain theme that we have in stock?

  • Choose "Sets" from the main menu and then select the desired theme in the left column or under the filter option.
  • Click on the arrow next to "Sets" in the main menu for a complete overview of all themes with in-stock building sets.

If you choose a LEGO® theme, you get an overview of all available sets within that theme. Next, you can filter on age and/or price.

Looking for a suitable gift? Then use the selection tool to make a suitable choice from the large selection. Difficult to choose for someone else? Then choose a ToyPro gift certificate.

Where can I find the part list of a LEGO® set?

Parts list of a LEGO® set
The parts list of each LEGO® set can be found with the LEGO® number of the set. There are three possibilities.

1. General search field
Enter the LEGO® set number in the general search bar at the top of the page and you will find the box with the reference to the parts list of that set.

2. Quick result
Select "Parts" from the main menu and enter the LEGO® set number in option 2 of Quick result.

3. Product page of the set
On the product page of the set, you will also find the reference to the parts list of those sets and the minifigures that go with them.

The list not only shows all the parts and minifigures of the set but also tells you how much of each you need to build that LEGO® set. You will also find the building instructions on the product page.

How do I add LEGO® products to my shopping cart?

LEGO® parts, minifigures, sets and/or other fun LEGO accessories can be added to your shopping basket in two places.

  • Are you on an overview page? For example, on the overview page with all available LEGO parts, click on the yellow “Add to basket” button next to the product you want. In the pop-up window, you can adjust the quantity if you want to order more than one item. To confirm the changed quantity, a green bar will appear at the bottom of the pop-up screen. Close the window by selecting “shopping basket” or “continue shopping”.
  • Are you on a product page? For example, on the product page of the ToyPro Brick Cleaner, enter the desired quantity and click on the red button “order”. Here, too, a pop-up window will appear where you can adjust the desired quantity. To confirm the changed quantity, a green bar will appear at the bottom of the pop-up screen. Close the window by selecting “shopping basket” or “continue shopping”.

How do I remove LEGO® products from my shopping cart?

To remove products from your shopping basket, either in their entirety or in part, go to your shopping basket. You can do this by clicking on the shopping basket icon at the top of any page.

In the order overview, you can adjust the quantity of each item individually, adding or removing items as desired. After adjusting your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or complete your order.

Behind each item, you will also find a trash can icon that allows you to remove each individual item. On that page, you will also find a link to empty the entire shopping cart.

Although we at ToyPro believe that you can never have enough LEGO, this is still a useful feature. This way, you can buy exactly what you need!

Do I have to order a minimum amount of LEGO®?

No minimum order amount

No, you do not have to order a minimum amount. The ToyPro team is just as happy to collect small orders of one or a few LEGO® parts as large orders.

However, as we cannot cover our costs with small orders, we charge a processing fee of €1.95 for orders up to €15. If you order €15 or more, the additional fee will be waived.

Can I order a LEGO® product that is out of stock?

With the exception of pre-orders for LEGO® sets, you cannot place advance orders for other LEGO® products. For parts, minifigures, sets or accessories that are temporarily out of stock, we can notify you when they become available again. To do so, please leave your email address on the product detail page.

You will receive a one-time message as soon as this product is back in stock.

What is a pre-order?
Can I still add something to an already placed order?

Just placed an order and forgot something? No worries – we're here to help!
At ToyPro, you can still add LEGO® bricks (or other products) to an order you've already placed. Simply log into your account and place a new order.

As long as your original order hasn't been processed yet, we will automatically merge the orders for you.

By combining orders, you save on shipping and any handling fees. You’ll only pay the shipping costs you would have paid if everything had been ordered at once.

Can I still remove something from my order?

Unfortunately, an order that has been placed cannot be modified.

However, you can cancel your entire order. (For more information about cancelling, please refer to one of the other FAQ questions).

If you've decided not to proceed with your order, you can easily cancel it using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you received from us.

Please note: cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.

Must I have a ToyPro account?

We will keep you informed every step of the way. This makes it easy to track the status of your order. You will receive:

  • an order confirmation when we have received your order,
  • a payment confirmation when we have received your payment, and
  • a shipping confirmation when we have handed over your order to the shipping company.

If you have opted for delivery with tracking, you can also track the delivery process. You will receive a tracking code together with the notification that we have transferred your order to the shipper (e.g. DHL, PostNL, USPS, GlobalMail).

Payment

What payment options are available at ToyPro?

In the ToyPro webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: available to all customers
  • Mastercard: available to all customers with a Mastercard
  • VISA: available to all customers with a VISA card
  • PayPal: available to all customers with a PayPal account
  • iDEAL: available to Dutch customers
  • BanContact: available to Belgian customers

ToyPro ensures secure online payments by using reputable companies (Mollie and Adyen) that specialise in this field. We do this for your security: this way, your financial details, such as credit card numbers, are well protected. We do not have access to your financial details and do not store them.

Shopping and payments at ToyPro are made via a secure connection, as indicated by the padlock in the address bar.

Can I pay at pickup?

The ToyPro warehouse in Nederweert does not have a card payment facility. You can only collect your pre-paid order if you selected this option at checkout.

You are, of course, welcome to place an order online using your phone while you are at ToyPro. If you can pay online, you can wait for your order; it will be ready in no time! The ToyPro team will get to work for you right away. Ready while you wait!

What if my payment is failed or declined?

If your payment has failed or been refused by the payment provider, you will receive an email from ToyPro within 15 minutes with a new payment link. You can use this link to pay for your order.

If you would prefer to pay by another method, please contact us. The message will explain how to do this.

Orders that have not been paid within 5 days will be cancelled. After 5 days, you will need to place a new order.

Within what time frame must I have paid?

If your order payment does not go through immediately, don't panic. You have 5 days to pay for your order. In addition to the order confirmation, you will receive an email from ToyPro within 15 minutes with a new payment link if your payment fails or is declined by the payment provider. You can use this link to pay for your order.

Would you prefer to choose a different payment method on your second attempt? That is possible. The message you receive from ToyPro will explain how to do this. Follow the instructions in the message.

After 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot hold your order for longer than 5 days. If the 5-day period has expired, you will need to place your order again.

Why am I receiving a duplicate payment link?

The subject line of the payment reminder also includes the invoice number to which the payment relates. This makes it easy to match the message to the correct order and see immediately if you have received something twice.

If you have placed two orders in succession, you will also receive two messages with a payment link if the payment failed in both cases when completing the shopping basket. This also applies if the second order is an addition to the previous order, a so-called combination order. 

If the second payment also fails, you will receive another payment option after 2 days. You will receive a maximum of 3 reminders. After 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

How do I know if I have paid?

You will receive an email from ToyPro confirming your payment once we have received it. If you do not receive a payment confirmation immediately, the payment may have failed. If this is the case, you will automatically receive an email with a new payment link within 15 minutes.

How do I redeem my ToyPro gift certificate?

When completing your order in the shopping basket, enter the code of your ToyPro gift voucher, confirm your entry with the arrow and the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount immediately.

The ToyPro gift card can be spent on a purchase in the ToyPro webshop within the validity period. The gift voucher can be used to purchase individual LEGO parts, minifigures and sets, but you can also use it to buy fun LEGO accessories.

The value of the gift voucher and your order do not have to be exactly the same.

  • If the amount of the order is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining value of the voucher will remain available for a subsequent order.
    The code and validity period of the gift voucher will not change.
  • If the amount of your order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, you can simply pay the difference using one of the available payment methods.

You can also combine multiple gift vouchers for an even more fun or bigger gift.

How do I redeem my ToyPro loyalty points?

To use your saved ToyPoints, you must be logged in. Once you are logged in, an option to pay with your saved ToyPro savings points will automatically appear in the shopping cart. Select the number of points you want to use (in multiples of £5) and the selected amount will be immediately deducted from the total amount of the order. ToyPro Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, either directly or indirectly.

How do I redeem a discount code or promotional code?

Enter the promotional or discount code when completing your order in your shopping basket and the discount will be deducted from the purchase amount immediately, as long as the promotion is running.

Depending on the promotion, you can use the code within the promotional period for a specific purchase in the ToyPro webshop or as a discount on the purchase of individual LEGO parts, minifigures or LEGO sets.

Where can I find my invoice?

The email with your order confirmation contains an overview of the products ordered, the invoice amount and the payment method, as well as an attachment with your invoice (as a PDF).

Shipping

Does ToyPro also ship to my country?

Yes, we can most likely deliver your order to your country.

Thanks to the shipping partners ToyPro works with, we can deliver orders to almost any country – either to your home address or a pickup point. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Russia and Romania.

Shipping to countries within Europe and to U.S. states is no problem for our carriers.

Please note that home delivery may incur additional charges, especially for remote areas. Based on the delivery address you enter, the shopping cart will automatically display the available shipping options and their respective costs.

What are my shipping options?

Depending on your location, you have one or more shipping options. When completing your order, you can choose from the options available to you.

For most countries within Europe, you can choose from 

  • postal shipment (your local postal service)
  • parcel shipment with tracking (DHL)
  • express shipment (DHL)

For countries outside Europe, you can choose between

  • postal shipment (your local postal service)
  • express shipment (DHL)

For all states in the US, the following applies

  • Postal shipment (with USPS) 

Postal shipment

Postal is the cheapest shipping method. However, if your order has a long way to travel, postal is often also slow. Moreover, there is no tracking available for your order. If you choose this shipping method, you also accept the risk of a long delivery time.

Parcel shipment with tracking

Slightly more expensive, but with fast delivery times. In addition, the tracking option allows you to follow your order and, in some countries, the service allows you to change the delivery location.

Express shipment with tracking

More expensive, but super fast!

What are the shipping costs?

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on two main factors:

  • the delivery address of your order

  • the speed of delivery you choose

Based on the options you select during checkout, the corresponding shipping costs will be shown immediately.

If you choose home delivery and live in a remote or hard-to-reach area, additional charges may apply. If so, these will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

How long before I receive my order?

The ToyPro team works hard to collect and prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 2 working days. The expected processing time is mentioned in your order confirmation. Around holiday periods, processing may take a bit longer, so be sure to check your confirmation email for the most up-to-date information.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. From that moment, you can track your shipment using the tracking information (if you selected a shipping method with tracking).

Do I need to have a ToyPro account?

A ToyPro account is not strictly necessary, but it does make things easier.

The advantages of an account:

  • you don't have to fill in your details every time you place a new order, as this is already done for you;
  • you can easily track the status of your order;
  • you automatically save ToyPoints with every purchase of individual parts and minifigures, which can be used for discounts on your next purchase;
  • you have all your previous orders and invoices clearly arranged in one place.

How do I create an account at ToyPro?

Place your first order and simply check the box during checkout to create a ToyPro account. The details you enter for this order will be saved automatically – convenient, as you won’t need to re-enter your address information next time.

If you’ve selected to create an account, you’ll receive an email with a personal login code, in addition to your order confirmation. Using this code and your email address as your username, you can log in to your ToyPro account anytime. From then on, you’ll have easy access to your order history, invoices, and personal information all in one place.

How can I log in?

Then log in using your email address and the password you received with your first order.

Would you like to be addressed by a different name? No problem, you can change your account details, including your name, yourself.

I have forgotten my ToyPro password. What should I do?

Forgot your password? It happens. Simply request a new password.

You can request a new password here or by clicking on the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. Within seconds, you’ll receive an email with a new password that you need to activate through the email; after that, you can log in.

That's all there is to it. You are now ready to continue saving ToyPoints with your next orders.

How can I update my account details?

Go to ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page and log in with your email address and password. On your account page, you’ll find an overview of your contact details, order history, and the number of credits you’ve earned.

Use the ‘Edit Account’ link to easily update your personal information and/or delivery address. This way, you can always keep your details up to date!

I want my account deleted. How does that work?

To delete your personal data from ToyPro, log in to your account with your email address and password. On your account page, you will find the link “account changes”. There you can change your personal details, but you will also find the link “delete account”.

Haven't used your account for more than two years? For security reasons, we will delete your account for you.
