6 ideas for LEGO baubles

Christmas is one of the coziest times of the year. How nice then that you can also decorate the Christmas tree with LEGO®! This year we have created six different baubles for you to recreate or as inspiration for your own constructions. As you've come to expect from us, you get the building instructions and parts list absolutely free.

The basics

The balls themselves consist of 2 half spheres with a dot pattern on the top. When pressed together, these form the Christmas ball. At the top of the ball is a tab with a hole through which you can put a ribbon or hook to hang the balls in the Christmas tree that way. Inside the ball is a rim into which a Dish 6x6 Inverted (44375b) fits. You can attach your structure to this.

Instructions and parts

So we made 6 examples of what you could make in such a ball: A house, a snowman, a Christmas tree, a present, a reindeer and a Santa Claus minifigure. For these, you can view and download the instructions and parts lists below.

Then you are missing one more. For this ball we chose a Santa Claus minifigure with a present and a bag in his hands. But, of course, you can also put another minifigure in it and thus completely customize the Christmas ball to your interests.

What do you make?

Do you have fun ideas of your own to put in the bauble? We look forward to seeing them. Share your ideas on social media with #toyprobuilds: TikTok, Instagram or Facebook and inspire fellow LEGO® fans around the world.
