LEGO® The Mighty Bowser was released in October 2022 as an extensive 18+ set for adult builders and Super Mario fans. The model is approximately 32 centimeters tall, 41 centimeters wide, and 28 centimeters deep. This makes Bowser not only a large set in the literal sense but also a real eye-catcher.

The designers have done an exceptional job of translating his iconic appearance into LEGO bricks. From the bright green shell and white spikes to his horns, eyebrows, and sharp teeth: virtually every detail is recognizable from the Super Mario games.

The building techniques are also impressive. Inside the model is a sturdy mechanism that lets you move Bowser’s head and neck. Still, most collectors will likely give Bowser a prominent spot in their home. Thanks to his size, expressive face, and various posing options, he looks impressive from virtually every angle. It’s a set that immediately catches the eye, even of people who aren’t into LEGO.

Why is LEGO® The Mighty Bowser getting more expensive?

LEGO sets are only produced for a limited time. When a set is discontinued, no new copies are produced. Stores sell their remaining stock, and after that, collectors have to rely on the secondhand market and private sellers.
