Shirley Keeper is a garbage collector who always says exactly what she thinks, and is committed to keeping the city clean and functioning! She works hard and therefore can get a little cranky at times. She also doesn't always feel appreciated when other citizens don't take the time to put their trash and recycling in the right place! We understand you Shirley! But Shirley perseveres, driving around in her garbage truck and doing her best to show others how best to... not make a mess of their town. Because of her job, Shirley has a vast knowledge of everything that goes on in the city. With this information, she helps the police in their detection work!
