Description
The chakram is an Indian throwing weapon. It is round with a sharpened outer edge. It is also known as chalikar, meaning "circle," and was sometimes called a "war quoit" in English writings. Of course, you can use this open ring or hoop in entirely different ways, as it is LEGO.
